Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Wakefield

Creative Support Ltd is a non-profit organisation providing high-quality person-centred social care services. We empower individuals with care needs to live independent and fulfilling lives, recognising their strengths, abilities, and personal resources.

We are seeking warm, motivated, and person-centred Support Workers to provide personalised care and support to adults with learning disabilities in our Wakefield services. As a Support Worker, you will work in the principle of Creative Support, promoting active and independent lifestyles for the adults you support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide respectful care and practical and emotional support to service users
  • Maximise social opportunities and community engagement
  • Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users
  • Collaborate with colleagues, families, and involved professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent service
