Training & Conference Coordinator

Reporting to the Project & Events Manager, you need to have a strong work ethic and a passion for event delivery.
- **Responsibilities**_
**Event Management 70%**
- Manage from start to finish allocated online/live conferences and courses
- Live event delegate support
- Liaising with marketing regarding marketing collateral requirements
- Supplier management for allocated events
- Delegate lists
- CRM management
- Communications - Managing the communications and branding aspects of the event
- Survey management
- Post event delegate lists
- Website management-making sure everything is up to date
- Full delegate management after Sales handover
- Delegate communications including joining instructions and answering queries
- Ensure progress against plan is reported on a regular basis to key stakeholders, both in the lead up to, and post event
- Delegate feedback collation and reporting
- Manages assets and packing for face-to-face events
**Event Production 30%**
- Project management of conference production to ensure delivery of key targets and deadlines for a small portfolio of events
- Speaker tutorials
- On-going conference speaker acquisition supporting across the conference portfolio where required
- Build relationships with key partners, clients and customers
- Producing and sourcing speaker content (blows, white papers, surveys, template starters etc) for marketing and sales
**Qualifications**:
A suitable undergraduate degree (or a professional qualification) and/or Membership of a relevant body is an advantage.
**Relevant experience**
- Experience in Event Management or Operations role (minimum of 3 years)
- Experience in Conference Production and Speaker Acquisition (1-2 years’ experience)
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in the use of CRMs, implementing strategic and operational plans
- Confident with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience of account management
- Experience working with EventsAir, Zoom Events, Hubspot (Desirable)
