Ultimat Defence Limited are the UK's leading manufacturer of law enforcement training equipment based in Ashton in Makerfield, Wigan. Not only are we a high output manufacturer but we are the sole distributors for a number of highly regarded international companies who supply products to a large number of Public Sector organisations such as:

In addition, we supply private companies, supply direct to the public and work alongside a variety of the UK's largest construction companies and private organisations such as:

- Willmott Dixon
- Vinci
- Kier Group
- Balfour Beatty
- Wates Construction
- Robertson Group

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Support our Sales Team
- Set up and maintain a social media presence via LinkedIn, Twitter(X), and WhatsApp
- Create, upload and maintain content including customer interactions
- Build up our subscription list and integrate this into our content marketing
- Share content online and between our website resources
- Co-ordinate between our Sales and Graphics Departments
- Other administrative duties including attending meetings or conferences and taking minutes
- Generate a customer feedback system and a database which provides live data to our sales team
- Gather and promote customer testimonials
- Analyse and audit our social media and implement improvements
- Create mock ups/ storyboard for marketing ideas and present to colleagues
- Organise and file marketing materials systematically

**Essential experience**:

- Marketing and digital marketing experience
- Be Creative and Computer Literate, including MS Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Use of Photoshop, Coreldraw, Indesign or similar graphics programmes
- Excellent organizational, time management and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creating marketing content including blogs

**Desirable experience**:

- Communicating with publicity and news agencies
- Use and understanding of social media platforms
- Creating Mail Shots and advert campaigns
- Creating or editing PDF files and whitepapers
- Conducting market research

**Additional requirements**:
You will need to be a committed, hardworking, and loyal individual able to work as part of a dynamic team and also on your own initiative. Having a positive attitude and first class attendance and punctuality are a prerequisite. You will work to a very high standard of accuracy and detail and be familiar with working in a fast paced environment and consistently delivering whilst working sometimes under pressures and to time constraints.

Flexibility towards overtime is expected when the work demands. The rate of pay is competitive and dependent upon experience. Visiting clients, visiting our factory in Bolton or attending off site meetings may be required from time to time and therefore a full driving license would be an advantage.

- Provide an example or show a scenario of interaction on the telephone with a client/ customer

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.50-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
