**About the role**:

The parking services, customer services team is looking to recruit 1 highly motivated Senior customer services officer, to join this fast paced ever evolving team, who are responsible for providing excellent service, to both the residents, and the parking services customers.

The main responsibility of this position is to supervise the Parking Service’s telephone call centre.

The role is to lead and manage the team and to oversee the work undertaken by staff and ensure all rotas are in place to cover the hours of operation.

To also act on a rotational basis as a duty Supervisor on a rota. Responding to queries in the parking admin box and enquiries inbox and to take calls where callers wish to escalate a query to a senior officer.
