The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Africa Travel Consultant to join our London-based Africa sales team in a senior role.
You will be responsible for selling luxury, tailormade holidays in a fast-paced environment to a wide variety of HNW guests with a vast range of interests and requirements. Creating itineraries from the impressive product range offered by Scott Dunn, you will have clear passion for the African continent. Areas covered are sub-Saharan Africa including South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Madagascar, Mauritius, and Seychelles.
**Responsibilities**:
- To take ownership of all aspects of selling and booking a holiday, including written and verbal quotations and holiday documentation
- To work towards individual and team sales targets and meet Key Performance Indicators
- To develop excellent product knowledge for immediate sales area but also within all areas of the Scott Dunn portfolio
- To meet guests on a face-to-face basis when required
- To contact guests on their return to receive feedback and generate potential new enquiries
- To work closely with all departments and Sales teams
- To deliver excellent guest service at all stages of booking and demonstrate the key values of Scott Dunn
About you
- Proven experience in product areas
- Sales driven with a keen eye for numbers
- Extensive Africa Travel
- Enthusiastic and polite telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous experience of delivering high levels of customer service to HNWIs
- Strong level of computer literacy

Location
We aim to find someone who would be office based at our Hammersmith office / on a hybrid basis. You may be asked to attend more frequently for an initial training period.
