**Your Main Purpose**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with improving the retention strategy, including the targeting and segmentation of different audiences. Also focusing on other outbound communications including app push notifications and SMS.
- Coordinating with the Marketing, eCommerce and Merchandising teams to ensure all communications are on-brand, accurate, relevant and timely.
- Developing the testing plan and adjusting strategy based on results.
- Proactively keep up to date with relevant trends and competitors.
- Assist in growing our rewards programme to improve customer loyalty.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1+ years’ experience working in a Marketing role, creating and executing campaigns.
- Excellent copywriting abilities with strong grammar and spelling skills.
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic understanding of analytics is desired.
- Excellent organisation skills and commercial awareness.
- Ability to be reactive to changes in a fast-paced environment whilst prioritising tasks and completing deadlines.
- Great attention to detail, proof-reading and the ability to manage multiple tasks to a high level of quality
