**What you'll be doing**
- Responsible for building and scheduling push campaigns.
- Carry out image updated to all behavioural/ automated comms in line with the behavioural calendar
- Assist the wider sub-team with BAU campaigns, copywriting, and behavioural comms.
- Carry out regular competitor analysis and proactively recommend new and better ways to target customers
- Be responsible for weekly push reporting - supporting with wider reporting where required.
- Supporting in admin tasks where needed including, but not limited to the creation of promotional codes and data uploads
- Along with wider CRM team, be responsible for delivering highly targeted CRM campaigns and ensure always-on approach to channel optimisation

**More about you**
- Excellent commercial understanding
- A passion for data and analytics to proactively identify insights and an ability to effectively communicate these insights
- Experience working with Bloomreach or similar
- Up to date knowledge of trends in CRM techniques
- Have an interest in retail / online marketing
- Experience working on retail brands, preferably within the fashion sector (desired)
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Team player, able to work with multiple business functions to achieve objectives
- Ambitious, driven individual who excels in challenging environments
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic approach to work
- Demonstrable customer-centric thinking
- Have a keen eye for detail
