**Customer Support Administrator**
**Location: Woolwich**
**Salary: £12 - £14 per hour**
**Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.**
**Job type: Full-time, permanent**
**Responsibilities of the Customer Support Administrator**:
- Working closely with the OPs Manager
- Stock Control check every week
- Build a rapport with suppliers - raise PO - handle any discrepancies
- Monthly office environmental checks - temperature/no hazards in the office
- Looking after fleet - 7 vans - services/MOT/tax
- Overseeing PPE for the service team
- Any new products launched will be managing the docs etc.
**Requirements of the Customer Support Administrator**:
- Must have excellent Excel to collate KPI data
- Able to communicate on all levels to handle queries and move things forward positively through CRM for all note activity.
- NEBOSH qualifications/experience would be advantageous, to support activities in these areas for their small office team H & S (Risk assessments, COSHH, simple audits working with their competent person etc. for support and compliance and fleet management)
- Professional mature approach and capable of working on their own initiative.
- Must be flexible and happy to roll their sleeves up and be part of their fabulous team.
- Full UK driving licence as site visits may be applicable for audits occasionally.

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
