Customer Care Associate

**About the role**
Obelisk Support is the home of flexible legal work. To help us deliver exceptional customer experience to our consultants and clients, we're looking for someone who is interested in a career in the legal industry to join us as a Customer Care Associate.
In this role you'll be responsible for booking meetings and interviews, helping our consultants with queries, making follow up calls and making sure our consultants and clients have a smooth start to their work together. As well as an interest in the law, you'll have:
- good communication skills and enjoy spending time on the telephone
- excellent organisation and planning skills
- great time-managment skills.
This role involves making lots of outbound calls to our consultants, so you'll enjoy getting to know new people and have a passion for great customer service.

**About you**
You'll ideally have some previous experience in a customer service role and some knowledge of, or interest in, the legal profession. You'll also:
- Have excellent relationship-building skills.
- Be a great communicator and enjoy spending time on the telephone
- Pay close attention to detail and thrive on getting things organised.
Experience in the legal sector would be really useful, but our model might also suit someone who has had some previous experience in customer services or an administration role in another industry and is keen to move into law. This role requires the right to work in the UK.
