Customer Service Administrator

Due to internal promotion, for my client - provider of first-class support service for Terminals and EPOS systems I am looking for Customer Services Administrator.
**Title: Customer Service Administrator**
**Location: City of London (short walk from Liverpool Street Station, Shoreditch, or Aldgate East)**
**Start: ASAP (FULL TIME ONLY)**
**Working model: Hybrid (2 days WFH)**
**Working hours: 9 - 5:30 (1 hour lunch break)**
The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service to current clients
**Key responsibilities**:
- Ensure phones are answered and messages responded to within a timely manner
- Processing of direct debit cancellation within timeframe given
- Direct Debit collections: preparation, processing and sending of files
- Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access etc. to produce correspondence and document and maintain records, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Liaising with external contacts.
- Maintaining office supplies.
- Organising meeting rooms and providing beverages where necessary.
- Support the Collections Team when necessary.
- At least 6 months **phone-based** customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent telephone manner
- High level of accuracy
- Strong IT skills
- Team player with engaging personality
