**The role**:
**What will you be doing?**:
The posts will report to, an Admissions Manager, and will work alongside other Selectors and Selection Assistants.

You will be required to build close working relationships with a wide range of colleagues across the University and external stakeholders. This includes close working relationships with the Enquiries team to ensure applicants receive the highest level of service from the University.

You will be responsible for responding to queries from offer holders in line with Data Protection regulations. This may involve advising them on acceptability of their qualifications.

Working with multiple systems and processes, the ability to take in a lot of new information in a short amount of time is useful.

The role requires someone who can work flexibly and with direction can plan and organise a busy workload and solve problems as they arise, delivering accurate services to challenging deadlines and to the highest standards.

You will be a flexible and confident individual with excellent communication, data analysis and very good IT skills.

You should be confident working independently and in sharing workload with colleagues, reprioritising tasks at short notice when required. Experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable.

As a team we are committed to continuous improvement, and as such the role will require someone who will not only respond positively to change, but also to play an active part in shaping our processes and systems as well as our culture within the team.
