Role: Central Procurement Administrator

Location: Leicester

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Accurate supporting documentation is maintained and communicated internally and externally
- Outstanding payments are controlled, and suppliers are paid in a timely manner
- Expedite outstanding payments with suppliers
- Processing cash purchases by either placing order online or sending order to supplier
- Achieve monthly/annual targets set for payment term improvements
- Maintaining pertinent accurate transactional records
- Team collaboration and contribution to problem solving, improvements and standardising processes
- Duty to take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work. You must co-operate with employers and co-workers to encourage everyone to meet their legal requirements

Working Hours:
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm

Weekly Hours: 40

Breaks: 1 hour

ABOUT YOU
- Proficient in English - speaking, writing, and understanding
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office programmes
- Professional demeaner and communication skills
- Ability to self-motivate and self-direct day to day activities
- Working accurately with attention to detail
