**The Project Data Analyst/PMO (Seconded) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our client’s Capital Project plan for the site. This role is instrumental in meeting the client's project expectations while upholding safety, health, environment (SHE), Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) compliance, and budget control. All projects are to be completed in alignment with the client's Project Annexe.**

**This position may be based either on-site or remotely, under the direct supervision of the Client's Capital Projects team. Occasional travel to Leonardo sites across the UK may be necessary.**

**Key Responsibilities**

***
- **Responsibility for the administration and reporting of the Capital Investment Project Pipeline, a wide range of ad-hoc business-driven Projects, upgrades and improvement works and feasibility studies.****:

- **Responsible for ensuring that the status of all project works undertaken by ISS or others are reported on timely in line with procedures, approved codes of practice and CDM requirements****:

- **Ensure that all Project related activities are supported by clear administrative and reporting processes to show that all projects are delivered cost effectively and underpinned by a clear breakdown of costs****:

- **Engage with key stakeholders and ISS staff and specialist sub-contractors working on the Leonardo estate****:

- **Monitor project performance against SLA’s and KPI’s in line with client expectations and ensure any reporting data is collated and reports delivered to the client timelines****:

- **Promote a strong safety culture with regard to Leonardo projects, with adherence to company processes for risk assessment, training, safe working, accident reporting and investigation (to include root cause analysis)***

**Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications**

- **Experienced project administrator within a facility service environment****:

- **Must be highly numerate and literate****:

- **Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into successful operational solutions and drive closure on proposals****:

- **Experience in FM Project Management administration
- preferably within the Industrial and Manufacturing type environments****:

- **Sound understanding of Utilities, Energy Management and Sustainability****:

- **Experience and understanding of asset risk management and Lifecycle planning****:

- **Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint as a minimum)****:

- **Previous Report writing experience***
