Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment activities across our cluster of hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage online job vacancies, including posting positions and creating job offers.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and HR leaders/coordinators across hotels to ensure an effective recruitment process.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with hiring managers and HR teams.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
