**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Planning Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Pension Consultants and Directors.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage and administer a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS pension schemes
* Provide direct support to clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues
* Input data into our system in a timely manner
* Deal with routine correspondence, including contact with clients, advisers, and product providers
* Ensure all HMRC and FSA deadlines are met
* Organize and prioritize work, including managing client expectations
* Maintain paper and electronic filing systems for correspondence and documents
* Prepare new business documentation

**Requirements**

* Intelligent and ambitious individual with a desire to learn and succeed in Financial Planning
* Excellent communication and articulation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time management skills
