We have a fantastic opportunity for a **Business Support Officer** to join our Corporate Business Support Team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and who can provide excellent administration support to the Resources Business Management Function.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Corporate Business Support, which forms part of the Resources Business Unit in Buckinghamshire Council. We are looking for a full time Business Support Officer (Career Grade 3-4) working 37 hours per week, to support the councils Resources Business Management Function.

**About the role**:

- Managing important & confidential correspondence
- Minute taking and circulation of meeting agenda’s
- Collating information and reports
- Programme support
- Tracking actions
- Diary management
- Room bookings
- Maintenance of Forward Plans
- General administrative duties.

This is a new role, and is being offered as a secondment/Fixed Term Contract for 12 months. However, there is a possibility this may be extended or become permanent in the future dependant on service needs and funding.

Any-Desk:
As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements*.
