**Hours**: Part time, 18.5 hours per week - Monday to Wednesday
**Pay Rate - **£10.92 per hour

**Overview**
On behalf of Buckinghamshire Council, Pertemps Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join the Business Operations team in Aylesbury. Working alongside the team, you will play an important role in providing administrative support to the Children's Services department

**About the role**
As a Business Support Administrator, you will have a number of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

- Provide administrative support to the various teams within Children's Services-
- Processing expenses- Sending out necessary documents to foster carers (including household reviews, medicals)- Booking appointments- Occasionally minuting meetings- Monitoring and actioning mailbox e.g. requests for laminating, booking meeting rooms, assisting with setting up meetingsThis is a temporary position until 3rd April 2023, though there is potential for this to be extended further. The pay rate is £10.92 per hour, and you will be working part time, 18.5 hours per week from Monday to Wednesday. Buckinghamshire Council are working on a hybrid basis where you will work remotely for 2 days per week and in the office 1 day per week.
The Aylesbury office is conveniently situated in the town centre (HP20 area) with great transport links including a local train station and excellent road connections to the M25, M1, M4 and M40.

**About you**
- Previous experience working in an administration role or similar- Have an interest in working within Children's Services- Finance experience is ideal but not essential- Be a good all-round team player**About us and our Client**
