Working on a 40 hour weekly basis, you will be working for an established provider of utility and energy solutions, reporting to the wider operations and management team, responsible for the efficient and effective completion of complex and technical administration. As a Process and Compliance Administrator, you will ensure that all statutory documentation is produced, assessed and shared with external customers and internal management teams. Working closely with a number of high profile customers, you will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, using your proven MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) ability, ensuring that responses are both professional and efficient. The need to ensure that work is carried out to strict industry compliance, within required timescales, maintaining a keen eye on attention to detail all form key elements in this busy and rewarding role.

You will work in collaboration with the finance team, assisting with the raising of invoices, maintaining accurate records and customer account details. There is a need to remain confidential regarding highly sensitive documentation, which must be produced and recorded to exceptionally high standards. If you have experience of project administration, this could be the ideal role for you.

As a Process and Compliance Administrator, you may be involved with delivering training of the documentation and compliance process to internal staff and subcontractors, ensuring that the wider team are well-trained and able to execute effective tasks.
