Our business is all about looking after our clients and their properties. From blocks of flats, private estates, and private rented sector homes. We manage a broad range of properties and encounter a broad range of challenges along the way. We value each client and want to ensure they receive the very best care and attention.

**The Role**

This role is focused on assisting with the management of a small, quality portfolio of private rented sector properties. We deal with a lot of administrative led challenges and tasks for our clients, and we need someone who takes pride in being organised, getting tasks completed and has a can-do, will-do approach to every challenge.

You will need to be organised, energetic and love a challenge

**Key Tasks**
- Managing tenancy renewals
- Processing rental payments
- Dealing with small scale repairs through our dedicated tenant repairs portal
- Managing the scheduling of compliance certification
- Scheduling property inspections

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**

Training is a big part of how we challenge our staff, so no previous experience is required

Hours: 25 hours per week part time

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 2:00pm

Location: hybrid - office working 2/3 days per week and some home working.
