This is a wonderful opportunity to gain a wide range of experience within the NHS.

Clinical Services are recruiting for a General Clinic Administrator to work across our specialities of 'Clinical Immunology and Allergy' and 'Diabetes and Endocrinology'. The post will be primarily based at Queens Medical Centre with the flexibility to cover Diabetes reception at Dundee House, City Hospital.

The role will encompass a wide range of tasks and variety, giving the post holder the opportunity to develop and learn new skills, whilst providing a valuable service to our patients.

Main duties of the job

To support the outpatient team and provide reception and administration cover across multiple specialities across Clinical Services.

Maintain accuracy of patient information

Clinic administration preparation

Deal appropriately with enquiries, by telephone and in person, from staff and the general public, seeking advice or referring elsewhere if necessary.

Photocopying/scanning as required

Distributing and opening in-coming mail timely and dealing with appropriately

Be able to competently use Medway PAS and other information technology systems and participate in training programmes to develop and update personal skills to meet the needs of the department

- To be educated to ‘O’ level, GCSE or equivalent Standard including English and Maths

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
