Rushcliffe Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic is a privately run Physiotherapy Clinic that treats private, NHS and corporate patients.

The purpose of this role is support the Practice Owner and to ensure Rushcliffe Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic meets its objectives and service standards through effective and efficient administration of the Clinic. This will be achieved by successfully undertaking day to day responsibilities and administrative tasks to deliver a 5-star experience and service for all patients, practitioners, visitors and users of the Rushcliffe Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic.

Customer Service / Reception duties

Provide a professional, corporate, courteous and efficient service to all patients and customers both face to face and remotely

Able to plan, organise, prioritise, manage activities in a logical and consistent manner

- Reception duties
- Administrative duties
- Day to day administration of the clinic
- Account invoicing
- Manage client bookings
- Take payments
- Manage clinic social media platforms
- Support Practice Owner with ad hoc requirements
- Maintenance of clinic systems
- Other activities as required to ensure the smooth running of the clinic
- Acting as first point of contact and assisting visitors, practitioners and patients of the clinic
- Monitor the reception, common areas and entrance to the building to ensure these areas are immaculate in appearance - organising any work which needs to be done
- Assist with deliveries/collections from Royal Mail / Couriers when required
- Maintenance of stock levels, ordering stationery, royal mail supplies, workwear items clinic equipment etc. where required
- **Desirable experience;**_
- Previous experience working within a medical setting
- Worked using Cliniko software

**Other important information**
- Hours of work: 18.5 hours per week, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday with with additional ad hoc requirement for Saturday cover
- Contract type; Permanent

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour
