The receptionist aspect of your role will not be an intense part of your role, to give you an insight, it is not a busy reception - the business often get around 2-3 visitors per month The bulk of your workload will be as an Office administrator which’llinclude the below duties:

- Answering / directing calls
- Processing orders
- Generating PO numbers
- Replenishing office stock e/g stationary / equipment etc
- Arranging the visitor display area
- Setting up meeting rooms
- Sending Invoices
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
