**We are currently recruiting a full time permanent role, our full-time starting salary of £21,200 is made up of a base salary of £19,500, up to £1,200 discretionary performance related bonus, plus £500 flexible benefits allowance.**

Whether you’re helping someone with a simple cash transaction, aiding them with technology in the banking hall, transacting with them over the phone or protecting your customers against fraud and scams, you’ll never know what the next challenge will be.

You’ll be totally flexible in your approach and comfortable in undertaking a broad range of activities. This means not limiting your time and focus on one particular element of your role. - Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
- Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing

**What you’ll bring.**
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
- The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

**What else you need to know.**

In a full-time Branch based role, you’ll be working 35 hours across Monday to Saturday across the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.

The role will be based in the East Kilbride branch.

If you are successful in reaching interview stage, your interview will be conducted remotely via Zoom.
