**Customer Care Executive**

**Ipswich/Hybrid**

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, customer centric individuals to join our Customer Care team, to take responsibility for full investigation of escalated customer complaints that can be of a complex or high profile nature and provide a timely resolution where possible.

With experience of working with customer complaints, you’ll feel confident speaking to customers on the phone and dealing with challenging calls. You’ll have the ability to build rapport and demonstrate active listening to defuse a customer’s dissatisfaction while also working to pace and hitting targets. You will use your investigative and problem-solving skills to take ownership of customer complaints and respond appropriately for a speedy resolution.
- **Your development**

***
If you’re not quite ready for this role then head to the My Learning section of One Drax where you can find bite size training on coaching skills, how to influence, and management techniques. You can also find lots of resources and tools to help with your development on the Career Development page on SharePoint.
- At Drax, we’re at our best when we make sure that people feel genuinely heard. If you’re invited to interview with us, we can make reasonable adjustments to our interview process according to your needs.
