THE TEAM

The overriding goal of the Customer Care Team is to contribute to an exceptional end-to-end Customer Experience, for valued business to business Customers.

THE ROLE

to face. Ideally you will have 1-2 year's Customer Service experience, and will be well-trained in core Customer Service skills including;
- Understanding Customer needs and advising on appropriate solutions
- Asking good questions and being a great listener
- Empathising and being able to manage challenging situations
- Delivering occasional unwelcome news
- Finding solutions to problems, and taking ownership of issues all the way through to resolution.
- Supporting Customers through the end-to-end Customer Experience

HOWEVER - for the right person, with the right Growth Mindset and interpersonal skills, training will be offered to be the best in the sector.

You should also be a flexible and hands-on individuals - able to follow a core service delivery process, but also willing to act on your own initiative and be empowered to find answers when required. It would also be helpful if you have some experience of providing web-based support to key accounts, but again full training will be provided on this for the right person.

Finally, you will need the personality and confidence to hold suppliers accountable for delivery commitments and deadlines, and escalate issues when needed.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
