In recent years, we have seen a new era emerging in cruising.

There is a trend for everything to get bigger and busier, and for a cruise to be seen as an alternative to a large luxury resort, with a limitless flurry of activity.

But this is not for us

We believe there is another way to cruise. A way that is based on five generations of seafaring.

Where cabins are called cabins and ships look like ships.

Where the journey is as important as the destination.

- It’s an exciting time to be joining the cruise industry with our beautiful fleet sailing around the world with our guests. We are now strengthening our Crew Management team in our Ipswich Head Offices with a Crew Operations Manager.

**Purpose of Role**:
Are you passionate about leading and motivating crew in a dynamic environment? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Crewing Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day crew scheduling activities, ensure seamless coordination among crew members, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
