**Contract Type**: Permanent, full time - 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

**Key responsibilities**
- Being the point of contact for escalation for your designated trust if they fall into a bed crisis, patient’s queries, risk assessments among other things
- Assist crews with complex manual handling tasks
- Be the point of contact between bed managers and EMED managers
- Attend meetings on an ad-hoc basis
- To maintain positive relationships with hospital wards, outpatient units, discharge lounges and bed managers
- To assist operational managers with issues that arise throughout the day
- General office duties and other assistance should the need arise
- Dealing with patient’s enquiries and questions as and when they arise
- Familiarisation with EMED policies, processes and standard operating procedures
