As a Patient Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.

**As an Patient Administrator, you will**:

- Handle enquiries and general queries.
- Will be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correct
- Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries
- Arrange Radiology appointments
- Distribute Radiology reports to referrers
- Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy
- Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work
- Maintain databases
- Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management
- Previous Healthcare Admin experience will be an advantage._

The CQC highlighted that patient care was at the heart of the service and this is testimony to the commitment, skill, and pride of the team at the hospital.

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery and a vast range of specialities involving some 300 consultants. There are 80 bedrooms, an 8 bed Level 3 critical care unit and 6 theatres (2 Stryker laparoscopic and 2 laminar flow). We are close to the city centre and central railway station.
