**The Role**
As a Patient Services Coordinator at LivingCare, you will play a vital role as the primary point of contact for patients, engaging with them through various communication channels. This dynamic position requires exceptional multitasking abilities and a commitment to delivering the highest standards of customer service. Operating within a fast-paced environment, this role involves handing enquires, managing referrals, post-clinic documentation, follow-up activities, and patient correspondence. The coordinator will be required to use multiple IT systems throughout their day.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure the delivery of company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Providing excellent customer service to service users.
- Administration tasks related to patient appointments, ensuring compliance with company processes.
- Enter and fulfil all LivingCare patient record system requirements accurately.
- Monitor and manage waiting times, escalating issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with the clinical team and other stakeholders to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Any other responsibilities within the customer service function.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Clinical administration experience.
- IT literacy.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Patient-focused with a caring and empathetic approach.
- Team player with a considerate demeanour.
- Understanding of the NHS and/or private healthcare

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £11.44 per hour
