**Role: Breakdown Operator**
- Brief job description as follows:_
- Act as the first point of contact, providing support for the customer. Dynamically assessing their needs and following processes to achieve a timely resolution.
- Utilise in house systems to record information.
- Arrange breakdown services in a timely and professional manner.
- Work alongside the Out of Hours services, to create a seamless customer experience.
- Meet breakdown targets and work as part of a dynamic and driven team.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, maintaining clear communicating with customers at every stage.
- Ensure all documentation you are responsible for, is accurate and up to date.
- Utilise inhouse telematics system to locate and assist with breakdown processes.
- Work as part of a driven team to prioritise and manage the workload, achieving excellence.
- Other general Administration duties such as producing and updating reports.
- Undertake ADHOC projects when required, upholding professional processes and standards. Make effective decisions to problem solve and assist in achieving overall business goals.
- Knowledge of the industry is desirable but not essential - **training will be provided.**:

- Strong computer skills (incl. Excel, word and SharePoint)
- Strong communication, and customer service skills
- Training will be provided on commencement of employment. Employees are encouraged to further their personal development._

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
