Key elements of the People Partner role include:

- Conducting and providing support and advice on the ER cases, including capability, disciplinary, grievance, TUPE, redundancy and dismissal
- Supporting managers via coaching and training, upskilling their capabilities in addressing low level issues (i.e. absence, conduct, performance management etc)
- Engaging with L&D on the delivery of HR training programmes for people managers
- Reviewing Employee Engagement feedback and driving actions to enhance the employee experience
- Driving and owning the People dashboard metrics to ensure KPIs are met and colleagues are motivated to perform through supporting managers to be the best they can be

About You;

The ideal People Partner:

- Well versed in managing high-volume ER cases, with a high degree of resilience and confidence
- Knowledge of all areas of current employment law and keen to maintain and update knowledge
- Strong understanding of a people partnering approach, with the ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relations both internally and externally
- Previous experience in Employment Tribunals and Trade Union liaison will be beneficial, however this is not essential
