**Sounds great What will I be doing?**

You'll be acting as a central point of contact for everyone who works at tombola, and those who are about to join. You'll be primarily focussed on ER-related cases, supporting managers through the process and communicating with all parties.

**What will I be doing? (But in bullet points)
- Providing proactive advice and guidance on all people related topics.
- Draft and implement HR policies and procedures where required, including updates to reflect changes in employment law.
- Advise, guide and support people managers on all people matters including ER cases. Including reviewing and drafting documentation connected to ER matters for People Partners.
- Take responsibility for the onboarding of new starters to the business including issuing contracts of employment, taking new starters through the pre-employment screening process and acting as the first point of contact for new starter queries.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, issuing letters to confirm changes and responding to reference requests, keeping employee personnel files up to date.
- Working with the payroll teams to ensure employee data changes are processed accurately and in time for payroll cut off.
- Create and upkeep of data to support the People team. Run regular reports for other teams within the business and respond to ad hoc report requests.
- Run new employee inductions.
- Ensure all systems are up to date with right employee information
- Maintain the shared People Help inbox, responding to queries in a timely and efficient manner where necessary.
- Act as a point of contact for any general HR queries including benefits, policy related questions, holiday queries etc.
- Supporting the wider People Support team with necessary tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis.
