**Position**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Proactively manage the end to end recruitment cycle from initial requisition through our HR system (Cezanne) to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
- Proactively source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Collect feedback from hiring managers and team members and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Support the Head of HR with analysis of MI to inform benefits packages and salary benchmarking.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of experience as an internal recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in the industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
