**Sounds great What will I be doing?**
Reporting into the Head of People Experience, you will lead, manage and deliver through the Talent Acquisition team to optimise our approach to and strategy for Talent Acquisition. You'll influence and implement on our overall People strategy as part of the wider People Experience and People Team as a whole. You'll act as a Partner to the Leadership Team to align our hiring strategy with business needs, and extensively work with Finance to ensure we track and cost everything accordingly. Your level of influence will reach everyone in tombola, based on how hiring takes place and the approach we take in bringing people to join us.
**What will I be doing? (But in bullet points)
- Devise and develop recruitment strategy, working in conjunction with Leadership Team and Senior Management Team of tombola
- Define and optimise fair, transparent and clearly understood hiring process throughout tombola, in all divisions and locations
- Ensure and advocate for hiring decisions to be equitable, inclusive, objective, and compliant
- Control, support and plan programmes of recruitment within budgetary constraints across the whole of tombola
- Report, analyse and optimise progress of and statistics related to hiring
- Manage and lead people within the TA team
- Set direction for the TA team to set alignment with business aims
- Create and iterate on approach for recruitment in different areas of the business
- Manage and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and service providers
- Promote the capabilities and maximise the profile of the Talent Acquisition team internally within tombola
- Ensure Employer Brand considerations are met within both day-to-day and strategic recruitment

- Demonstrable experience in managing an in-house TA team or function, having responsibility over budgets, and decision-making around strategy
- An inspiring, engaging, caring line manager of TA professionals of varying levels of experience and specialism
- Experience in working with senior managers / directors to inform Talent Strategy, and implement Talent Plans for either a business, or significant division within a larger business
- Solid understanding of skills, experiences and challenges in hiring for a variety of disciplines
- Understanding of compliance and data protection concerns within hiring
- Comfort in providing information to enable Financial / Business Planning
- Analytical techniques - Data manipulation, modelling and forecasting
- Content Creation and Marketing of Talent Acquisition both internally and externall
- Creativity in recruiting roles, adapting process or sourcing approaches'
- Talent Mapping / Organisational Design
- Job Architecture / Levelling
- Recruitment in different markets / territories / environments and understanding of the cultural and organisational considerations
