Full time position working in the Operations department who coordinate the operations of corporate and private aircraft.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious organisation and support their customers with a professional service. This is an office and airport ramp based role supporting the aircraft handling department which and providing excellent levels of customer service to our visitors.

This is an exciting and varied position working in both an office and outdoors environment and encompassing all aspects of the industry that would suit an individual who is comfortable working within a team framework.

The job involves working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.

The successful applicant must be self-motivated, able to demonstrate good customer relation skills, be flexible in their approach to work and will need to live within one hour’s drive of the airport.

Aviation experience preferred, as is knowledge of Outlook, internet portals, Word and Excel.

Main Duties

*Meeting and greeting arriving passengers, crew and visitors.

*Coordination of operational services.

*Management of conference room diaries and reception duties.

*Administration duties for the handling department.

*Must have a full UK driving license.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Multilingual skills are a plus

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
