Ethoss Regeneration Ltd is looking for a reliable full
- or part-time office administrator to join the team. The main focus will be a point of contact to help with orders and customs relations, based from our office in Silsden, West Yorkshire.
Working as part of a small and friendly team, the office administrator will be helping around the office and involved in fulfilling orders to our 75+ distributors around the world.
The full time hours are 9-5 (with flexi time available)
You’ll be part of a small friendly team, and your duties will include:
- Perform general clerical duties around the office helping other member of staff with tasks such as data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Manage and maintain office supplies and inventory.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Dealing with suppliers, managing orders and packing goods for dispatch
- Taking delivery of goods and conducting “goods inwards” checks
- Arranging collection with the courier (usually DHL)
- Keeping accurate stock records in line with ISO quality system
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy
- Carrying out stock checks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
