We are seeking Mental health support workers to work within our CQC rated ‘Outstanding’ care home in Kingswood.

Our aim is to work and support our residents to become active and valuable members of the community in which they live and to develop a range of skills to enable them to grow in confidence, build their self-esteem and grow their independence and integration into the local community in a secure positive and friendly environment.

Every day as a mental health support worker brings new challenges and tasks, from walking to the local coffee shop to residents’ trips and holidays you will gain a variety of experience’s whilst supporting our residents to live fulfilled and independent lives.
