As a key member of our Bristol Men's Crisis House Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by severe mental illness to regain their confidence and independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized support and guidance to service users, helping them to achieve their personal goals and access necessary resources.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including service users, support workers, volunteers, and team leaders, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized recovery plans, ensuring a person-centered approach.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the evaluation and improvement of services.
- Transferable life/work experience relevant to the role.
- Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to empathize and understand the needs of service users.
