As a Senior Support Worker you would have a proven track record in providing peer support and supervision within a mental health setting. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to offer practical and emotional support that empowers service users to achieve defined objectives in their recovery journey, fostering greater independence.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing MAP support plans
- KMS risk management plans, and delivering flexible, creative, and outcomes-driven support.
- Oversee medication regimes, manage individual and communal budgets, and generate reports on client progress.

Strong communication skills are essential as you will attend meetings on behalf of service users and liaise with external agencies. A comprehensive understanding of the Mental Health Act is required, along with crisis mitigation and resolution expertise.

Additionally, your role will involve contributing to placement reviews, maintaining knowledge of funding packages, and providing guidance and support to peers and junior team members. Excellent organisational skills are necessary for conducting effective inductions, participating in peer supervision sessions, and actively engaging in team meetings. Hours: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00 - 18:00 - sleep in's optional
