About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mental Health Specialist to join our team, providing clinical leadership and direct interventions to service users at a level of intensity according to need.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership to the Middle Workstream alongside a full-time Senior Practitioner
  • Deliver direct interventions to service users at a level of intensity according to need, including those requiring an assertive approach
  • Supervise the medical team that provides medical care and act as Responsible Clinician for service users in Supervised Community Treatment
  • Monitor and evaluate service delivery and care through regular reviews
  • Participate in team and personal caseload management and supervision
