**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Infant Mental Health Specialist, promoting the mental health and wellbeing of preschool children in our community.

The successful candidate will undertake direct work with parents and infants, build capacity through training and consultation/supervision, and work closely with Health Visitors and Children's Centres to provide a comprehensive service.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including clinicians from psychiatry, clinical psychology, community psychiatric nursing, primary mental health specialists, and family therapy.

As an Infant Mental Health Specialist, you will have substantial knowledge of infant development and infant mental health, with experience of offering consultation and direct work with this age group. You will also possess teaching experience and be able to communicate sensitively with service users in states of emotional distress.

**Salary**: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum
