Mental Health Recovery Worker

**Rethink Mental Illness are hiring Support Workers to our Bristol Men’s Crisis House Service.**
Multiple roles available - Both full-time and part-time
24/7 Service - mixture of morning shifts, afternoon/evening shifts, waking nights and sleep in shifts. A range of hours available.
**Overview of the service or the team**
All our Accommodation services aim to support people to achieve maximum independence, and to move on to more independent accommodation. Bristol Men’s Crisis House service is an up to 14 night stay for men experiencing a Crisis.
**How will you make a difference?**
As a Support Worker, you will offer people affected by mental illness the support and help they need to regain their confidence and get involved in everyday social and workplace activities. You will be working closely with service users to achieve their own personal goals and access all the support they need on their recovery journey.
