About the Role

This Band 6 position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. As a Specialist Recovery Practitioner, you will work with individuals who require support for severe and enduring mental health needs, providing effective interventions and treatments.

  • You will work within the framework of Care Programme Approach (CPA), coordinating care for a defined group of service users and conducting regular assessments and interventions.
  • You will be responsible for identifying and addressing the unique needs of each service user, developing personalized recovery plans and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Salary: £45,753 - £60,983 per annum (dependent on experience)
