The role is on site in Christchurch and hours required are Mon-Fri 9:00-14:30.

**Main Tasks of Job**:

- Complete general administrative tasks to support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, diverting calls, note taking.
- Support managers with their daily tasks.
- Support in the recruitment process, including issuing offer letters, Employment Contracts, Job Descriptions, employee communications to all new starters.
- Complete employee induction packs, schedule start dates / interviews / meetings and undertake the HR administration of the induction process.
- Maintain accurate digital HR folders for the organisation.
- Support with staff scheduling.
- Work closely with the Managers to deliver the organisations objectives and contribute towards the achievement of its strategies.

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to mange own time and prioritise effectively.
