We currently have an opportunity to recruit a temporary administrator to provide support within procurement department. The role will be based on site with our client BAE SYSTEMS, one of the world’s leading global defence, security and aerospace companies ,located in Christchurch
Your main responsibilities will involve:
Excel workbook updates
Managing files in the SharePoint document management system
Updating department Word documents
PowerPoint slide creation for management reporting
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to obtain information for Procurement activities within the department.
Part-time work available, 4 days / week.
Good understanding of the Business environment within a Procurement department would be advantageous
Your skills and qualifications:
Competence in:
MS Office
Ability to learn and use in-house software packages
Critical thinking and problem solving
