Slades Estate Agents are looking for a part time administrator to work in our busy, market leading head office in Christchurch.
We can offer some flexibility on specific hours although we will be looking for alternating weeks of Mon/Wed/Fri and Mon or Wed/Fri/Sat.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Perform general clerical duties
- Assist with organising and scheduling appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in telephone and customer service skills
- Strong clerical skills, attention to details and organisation

**Salary**: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
