Mploy are seeking an Office and IT Administrator to join our client based in Hurn Dorset. This is a varied administration position, the role and it does not require any detailed IT knowledge as you will be liaising with a third party IT Service Provider.You will also carry out the administration for their fleet of commercial vehicles and their new/ Ongoing projects.
As this is a varied position it would suit someone who is flexible in their approach to work.
Key Duties:

- Organising annual servicing and ad hoc repairs of all site vehicles
- Administering annual road tax renewals
- Liaising with insurers regarding accident claims
- Dealing with administration of buying new vehicles and selling vehicles no longer needed, as advised by the Contracts Director
- Maintaining database of all employees’ driving licences and administration of fleet policy documents confirming adherence to business driving policies and procedures.
- Assisting all employees with IT issues as appropriate including logging IT help requests with our Third Party IT Services Provider
- Building relationships with the key representatives of our IT Services Provider to help facilitate the prompt resolution of all IT help requests
- Able to use at a basic plus level Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel plus Microsoft Outlook and Teams.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30 to 17:30, Friday 8:30 to 16:30

**Salary**: £27K - £29K
Holiday: 26 Days + Bank Holidays
