Office Administrator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a multi skilled and organised Office Administrator to join a well established business based in their beautiful, modern offices in Christchurch, Dorset.
You will be managing the day to day running of the office providing support and assistance to ensure the office runs efficiently and smoothly, is maintained to a high standard and to provide a welcoming environment for employees and visitors.
Duties also include reception duties, acting as main contact for suppliers & office facilities, organising social events, organise travel itinerary for staff in both the UK and abroad, providing support to the company and Directors, liaising with the external IT company and managing the cleanliness, maintenance and waste collections.
**Experience required for the role**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Professional, friendly and efficient approach/manner to promote the company and enhance its reputation
- Able to willingly assist the team when required
- Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with people across all levels
- Self-motivated to work independently or as part of a wider team
- Strong administration skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience of managing a hectic and varied workload
