Administrative Assistant

A Christchurch based events company is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the small friendly dynamic team in a customer support and administrative role.
An office-based role supporting customers and staff, day to day company administration and customer support will be the main focus of this role.
Some knowledge/experience of the events or audio-visual industry would be advantageous but not essential.
**Overall responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- _Providing admin support to the different departments including communicating with suppliers and contractors_
- _After training, triaging incoming customer enquiries _
- _After training, carrying out project administration tasks, for example - creating and sending reports following job completion from a template etc_
- _Tracking incoming and outgoing goods and payments_
- _Responding to customer needs, including booking in annual servicing jobs_
- _Ad-hoc duties as required by management/other departments_
Hours: 9.30am-1.30pm (some flexibility in exact hours - e.g. to suit school times)
Work Location: In person, at CPS premises
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
