**Your New HR Administration Role (Part-time Maternity Cover)**:
This is a temporary role for up to a year, covering for maternity leave starting in July 2023.
Working hours are part time for circa 25 hours per week - the working pattern is negotiable.
As an HR Administrator, you will support the HR Manager to provide an efficient and effective HR support service to Highcliffe Medical Centre and its primary care network. You will provide a comprehensive administration service and act as a first point of contact for all staff to the Human Resources team.
**Your key duties will include**:
- Providing an effective Human Resources administration service relating to the employment lifecycle.
- To ensure accurate HR records on all employees including full-time, part-time and bank staff/hourly paid employees
- Providing day to day advice to line managers and employees on general HR related queries and policies, escalating more complex issues to the HR Manager.
- Assist in formal meetings, such as employee disciplinaries and grievances undertaking such tasks as may be required by the HR Manager.
**What you need to succeed**:
To be successful you will have previous experience within an HR Administration role and ideally be qualified or working towards your CIPD Level 3.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: £11.50-£12.50 per hour
